I started this video blog because I am very knowledgeable on the subject of internet marketing and I love real estate.

After graduating Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Finance, I became a Realtor. I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 10 years. I learned marketing under the School of Barnes and Noble. I have studied Internet Marketing under Terry Dean and several other Internet gurus.

My teachings on this website are proven techniques of lead generation for real estate. What you will not hear from me on HousingLeadsUniversity.com are the untested theories or my unsuccessful attempts at lead generation.

So why do I share this knowledge at no charge?

I become better at my craft by teaching. I love the subject matter. Real estate is big enough that we can all have our own geographical niche. Enjoy!
